  • Developed the first phase of the development of a historic music district. [USA]
  • Design and development of the ‘Future of New Orleans Music & Film’, resulting in new city bylaws for live music venues and new film-friendly tax law enacted (Treasury rulings agreed in 6 weeks). New Orleans is now a thriving film location venue with its own Film Festival. The regrowth has seen New Orleans outstrip California as a film location of choice and has driven significant economic growth[USA]
  • Together with regional stakeholders and with no funding created film location attraction package that resulted in region becoming preferred preference next to the State Capitol.  [Australia]
  • With no funding, designed and developed collaboration between disconnected craft “makers”, creating export channel for high quality art and artisan works that led to increased market-share.  [Australia]
  • Designed & delivered ‘From Market Stall to Market Place’ workshop series for rural artisans to move from hobby to business basis. [Australia]
  • Created the “Live–Work Space” design and definition in planning guidelines for city expansion development plans. [UK]
  • Developed cultural strategy, planning guidelines and specifications for cultural centre design, event development, and private sector funded exhibition space together with operating budget. [UK]
  • Board level consultation in the development of a national creative arts program. [UK]
  • Market strategy advice to EMI Music on creating interest in Pink Floyd among teens and young adults who only knew the band as a name. [UK]
  • With minimal funding undertook first regional survey of rural and regional creative industries, with associated expansion development plan. [Australia]
  • Developed Public Art Strategy for UK city, including Developer Guidelines for 10% for arts,
    Artists in Schools Program, and Public Art Conservation Guidelines. [UK]
  • With no funding, developed regional inventory of supporting film infrastructure and location gallery with precise specifications, contacts and terms of use that led to fast uptake from national and international film companies.  [Australia]
  • Development of two-county heritage collaboration including heritage storage, conservation and display of items from Roman times through to modern heritage [UK]
